Arsenal have completed the signing the Uruguay international midfieler Lucas Torreira from Sampdoria, who is competiting in World Cup with the national side, according to reports. According to new reports, Jack Wilshere is expected to agree a three-year new deal with Arsenal worth in the region of £100,000-a-week.
